- The lead time for the product to arrive in New Zealand from Germany is around 4-5 months from placement of the order – products are made to order, for your job.
- We ship to most major ports around New Zealand, and then arrange delivery to site. The products are glazed complete with installation brackets and ready for install by your builder

Thermally broken German aluminium joinery
For very large openings where uPVC and Wood/Alu is not suitable structurally, sliders with dual actions, pocket sliders, or for premium or large commercial projects, we are also able to supply Reynaers and Shüco aluminium profiles from Europe. These are positioned at a premium to the other suites available from Neuffer, however come with a range of aesthetic and structural advantages. Slimline suites like the Reynaers SL38 replicate steel joinery, but with significant thermal advantages.
These are fully thermally broken suites, typically suitable for use in Certified Passive Houses. They offer advantages over improved air-tightness, acoustic performance, thermal performance, and security. Contact us for further information on these specialist products.

Packaging and shipping

The joinery is loaded on custom pallets for each job, and well wrapped to reduce the risk of any damage. Most house lots will be packed on 3-5 pallets, making container unloading fast and easy. Lead time for a house lot of joinery, which is made-to-order, is around varies from four to six months from confirmation of order and deposit, depending on the profile you chose. |
